Each manifold block is milled complete on 5-axis centers from 6061-T6 plate, so intersecting internal passages, counterbores and port faces share one datum set. Cross-drilled junctions are thermal-deburred and flow-tested, which is where most manifold leakage actually starts.
Outer surfaces are clear anodized after masking the sealing faces. Port layouts follow customer schematics, and first-article dimensional reports cover every passage intersection.
