Who we are

This website belongs to TechMach Industries and is published at ind.jingmeijuzi.com. We supply precision machined parts and assemblies to industrial customers. You can write to us at info@techmach.com, telephone +1 216-555-0198, or post to 88 Tech Drive, Industrial Zone, Cleveland, OH 44135, USA.

How this site works

Every page you read here is a pre-built static file. The pages run no programs of ours, set no cookies, and load no advertising or visitor-measurement services. Browsing the site therefore does not require us to know who you are.

What we collect when you contact us

Two forms on this site send information to us over an encrypted connection:

  • Quote request and contact forms. Your name, business email address, company, subject and message. When you send the form from a product page, we also receive the name and web address of that product and the language version of the page you used, so that we know which part you are asking about.
  • The subscription box in the page footer. The email address you type in it.

Each submission also carries the IP address and the browser description that your machine sends, together with the address of the page the form was on. We use those only to recognise and stop automated junk. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Both forms contain one hidden field that a person never sees and never completes. If it arrives filled in, we treat the submission as automated junk and do not work on it.

Why we use your details, and who else sees them

We use a submission for one purpose: to answer it. Submissions are stored in our own website database and can be read by the staff who handle enquiries. We do not sell, rent or exchange your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Two providers act for us: our hosting provider, which keeps the site and its database running, and our email provider, which relays the messages described below. Neither is allowed to use your details for its own purposes.

Email notifications

When you send a form, two emails are created. One is a notice to our own team, so that your request is picked up. The other is a confirmation to the address you gave us, so that you know the request arrived rather than vanished. We send no marketing campaigns and we run no automated mailing list: a subscription request is held by a member of our team, who writes to you personally. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message.

Comments

This site does not take comments. The published pages carry no comment form, no visitor discussion is collected or displayed, and no avatar service is contacted. If we ever open a discussion area, this page is updated first.

Cookies and local storage

The public pages set no cookies and write nothing into your browser’s local or session storage. Not even your language choice is stored on your device: each language of this site lives at its own web address, and the address alone decides which language you see. The administrative screens behind the site, which visitors do not use, do set session cookies for our own staff.

Content from other websites

The pages embed no video, no social media players and no third-party fonts. Addresses of social networks and of web standards appear only as ordinary links, so nothing is requested from those sites until you click one.

There is one exception. On our contact page, the location map downloads its map tiles from Esri at server.arcgisonline.com, and that request carries your IP address with it. If you would rather not load the map, the postal address above and our email address are enough to reach us.

Server logs

The web server that delivers these pages can record ordinary access-log entries: the address requested, the time of the request, the result returned to the browser, the referring address and your IP address. These logs exist to keep the site running and to investigate misuse. They are not joined to the form submissions described above, and they are not used for advertising.

How long we keep your data

A request stays in the website database while we deal with it, and afterwards as a record of our business correspondence. When you ask us to remove an entry, or once it is closed and no longer needed for that record, we delete it. Access-log entries are rotated out by our hosting provider and are not kept as a history of individual visitors.

Your choices

Write to info@techmach.com and we will confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no account to sign into on this site, and we hold no payment, delivery or identity data about you: an enquiry is everything we normally have.

Changes to this policy

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Using the site after an update means the newer version applies.
