Produced on CNC turning and grinding centers with in-process gauging, our precision shafts deliver consistent diameter, roundness, and surface finish across production batches.

Shafts are turn-quenched-tempered, ground and lapped to a Ra 0.8 sealing surface, with straightness and runout checked between centers on every part. We support batch sizes from single prototypes to monthly rolling orders, and can supply with keyed or threaded end options on request.
