Hobbing & Grinding

Our spur gears are hobbed, shaved, and heat treated under controlled atmosphere, then ground to achieve accurate tooth geometry and low noise operation.

Case carburising is performed under controlled atmosphere to keep the tooth core tough while the flank reaches 58-62 HRC. Gear metrology (pitch, profile, helix) is reported per batch, and matched pinion sets can be supplied on request.
