Forged carbon steel bodies are threaded, drilled and cone-seated in controlled cycles, then zinc-nickel plated for corrosion resistance beyond 1,000 hours salt spray. Every batch is proof-tested above operating pressure and leak-checked at 31.5 MPa before packing.
Cutting ring and ferrule assemblies are matched to tube size so installers get consistent sealing without re-flaring. Metric and BSP thread variants share the same body family for mixed-line orders.
