New Manufacturing Facility Reaches Full Operation

Our newest manufacturing facility has now achieved full operational capacity after eighteen months of phased commissioning and progressive ramp-up across all production lines. The site encompasses 120,000 square feet of precision machining floor space equipped with five-axis CNC centers, multi-spindle turning centers, and automated material handling systems that collectively support high-volume production of complex metal components.

Capacity expansion directly addresses sustained demand from aerospace, medical device, and industrial equipment sectors where lead times have strained existing operations. The facility introduces twenty additional machine tools and three new clean-room work cells rated ISO 7, enabling tight-tolerance milling and turning down to plus or minus zero point zero zero two inches on materials including titanium, Inconel, and hardened stainless steel.

Staffing has been built around experienced operators with average plant tenures exceeding eight years in precision machining. Quality assurance procedures embedded in the facility include in-process CMM probing, offline coordinate measurement verification, and full first-article inspection documentation compliant with AS9100 and ISO 13485 requirements.

Logistics infrastructure on-site supports both regular ground freight and expedited air shipments from a dedicated staging area. ERP integration is live across shop floor scheduling, inventory tracking, and customer portal visibility so buyers can monitor order status without requiring follow-up correspondence.

Quality records, material certifications, and inspection reports are generated digitally and stored according to retention standards for each regulated sector. Clients with existing programs may transfer active orders to the new facility with continuity guaranteed across tooling, fixtures, and approved process parameters.
