Punched on CNC presses with progressive tooling, hole patterns keep a consistent pitch and bundle alignment; edges are vibratory deburred so no burrs remain for glove snagging. Type 304 sheet passivates after finishing for a uniform matte surface.
Open area choices from 20 to 50 percent cover guard, vent and acoustic applications, and plates up to 1500 x 3000 mm ship flat between interleaved layers.
