Panels are punched and laser-cut from DC01 coil on turret presses, formed on press brakes with angle compensation, then degreased, phosphated and powder coated to a 60 micron RAL 7035 textured finish. All mounting hardware is staked or riveted before coating so paint coverage stays continuous.
Drawing families for doors, side panels and gland plates are nested together, keeping bend grain direction and coating lot consistent across a full cabinet kit.
